I had a horrible experience with Romoni. My provider was Shammi if I’m not wrong. She drapped my bride’s so badly it opened in the middle of the program twice.

I’ve always had good experiences with Romoni, but this time was disappointing. The service provider was extremely harsh with my skin. I repeatedly told her that the wax was too hot, but she insisted it was the correct temperature and didn’t check if I was comfortable, unlike other Romoni professionals who always ask. As a result, my skin was burned, which I noticed later. There were other instances where her service made me feel uncomfortable, but it was difficult to communicate with her. Additionally, she was overly talkative throughout the session. While I usually appreciate Romoni’s services, I did not enjoy this experience. Please ensure she is not assigned to me in the future. Thank you.
